Maria do Carmo Fulfaro, a São Paulo–born professional with a background in Journalism and Marketing, began her career as a reporter and international correspondent for Band TV in the United States.
She has built her career across visual and performing arts: managing the Solange Rabello Art Gallery (2000–2006), leading marketing for Duo Art Gallery (2015–2016), and co-founding The55project Arts Foundation, where she currently serves as a board advisor.
For the past 16 years, she has been Marketing Manager at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, which oversees seven theaters in South Florida. In 2019, she was awarded the Order of Rio Branco Medal, presented by the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami, in recognition of her cultural contributions.
